New Year, No Resolution
It is always fascinating to hear individuals stating new years goals at the beginning of the year. There seems to be so much hope. So many great changes and challenges are stated. They sound so heroic.
Interestingly, at the end of the year there is a heavy level of disappointment stated for goals not reached. It seems almost like an extra burden of disappointment is added.
I support change on many levels. Producing a goal for change for ourselves allows us to reevaluate where we are and where we want to be.
2025 has already laid some interesting nibblets of challenge. I am encouraging a different level of resolution.
Recognize yourself. See yourself in the mirror. Understand your strengths. Once you know this then move to areas for improvement. Only when we truly see ourselves then we can make the changes for a sustainable future.
I am sending positive thoughts for success in your life. May all the things needed to attain these goals flow your way.
